    Nick assists owners with analyzing, assessing and managing their single family and multi-family investment properties. He has particular expertise in team leadership, operations management, and tracking key performance indicators in support of investment goals. Nick has a Masters Degree in Marketing & Advertising and is dedicated to analyzing the minute details of each property in order to understand how best to grow rents, reduce expense and increase cash flow.

    Doug possesses over 20 years of progressively increasing responsibility in the areas of management, marketing and business development in both the private and public sectors.

    Doug has years of successful commercial and residential real estate sales history, with the ability to act as agent for both buyers and sellers. Doug has a Master's Degree in Market Development from Arizona State University and, being an investor/landlord himself, Doug brings an owner's eye to all levels of our business model. Most recently, Doug has been responsible for all day-to-day operations of a commercial and residential property portfolio worth $15 million.
