Property Management

We work tirelessly, marketing and advertising your property to keep units fully rented. Potential tenants are required to submit an application and are subject to verification of their employment, rental history, and credit and criminal history – allowing us to identify the best tenant for your property.

Maintenance

We provide 24/7 maintenance and ensure all requests are followed up promptly. We have a stable of competent and trusted vendor to ensure all work in done on budget and on time. We are not happy until you and your tenants are satisfied. Period.

Accounting

We use common “cents.” Proper accounting is critical to gauging the success of your investment. We use the latest rental management software, enabling us to track all income and expenses, and to create a suite of standard reports to meet your information needs. We provide monthly P&L, cash flow, receivables, variance reports and more. Custom reporting, as well as reporting via email, is also available upon request.

Collections/Evictions

We handle all late payment collections per the letter of the law and, if necessary, can handle eviction proceedings.

Due Diligence

Whether you are looking to purchase a new investment property or just want advice on an existing asset, we will work with you to assess how best to grow rents, reduce expense and increase cash flow.
