Nick possesses over 15 years of consistent achievement in strategic planning, marketing plan development, advertising and cost-effective operation of single family and multi-family properties.

Nick assists owners with analyzing, assessing and managing their single family and multi-family investment properties. He has particular expertise in team leadership, operations management, and tracking key performance indicators in support of investment goals. Nick has a Masters Degree in Marketing & Advertising and is dedicated to analyzing the minute details of each property in order to understand how best to grow rents, reduce expense and increase cash flow.

Douglas Bjotvedt, Designated Broker, REALTOR®

Doug possesses over 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in the areas of management, marketing and business development in both the private and public sectors.

Doug has years of successful commercial and residential real estate sales history, with the ability to act as agent for both buyers and sellers. Most recently, Doug has been responsible for all day-to-day operations of a commercial and residential property portfolio worth $18 million.
